Development and Zoning Review
Municipal Economics & Planning works closely with municipal staffs, Plan Commissions and elected officials assisting with zoning administration and review of all types of zoning and development applications, reviewed per local policies and zoning requirements, and proper design practices. We also work with municipalities to maintain current and up-to-date zoning and land division ordinances. For many client communities, we perform development coordination, negotiation of Developer Agreements, and presentation of recommendations to Plan Commissions and elected officials. We are currently planners for the following communities: the Villages of Mukwonago, North Prairie, Dousman, Merton, and Eagle and the Town of Port Washington.
