Automating Public Facility Operations
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems automate the operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Ruekert/Mielke's SCADA services include engineering design, PLC programming, software configuration, and computer network implementation. Our firm is actively helping several municipalities upgrade the SCADA systems at their water and wastewater facilities. Integration of building security functionality into the SCADA systems can also be a key element of these projects. Our Electrical Department designs street lighting, traffic signals, parking lot lighting, and park area lighting.
